What affects the price.
Size of your home
A one-bedroom condo takes less time than a four-bedroom house. Simple as that.
Condition
A first clean always takes longer than an ongoing visit. Once we establish a baseline, each visit gets faster.
Frequency
Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. More frequent visits mean less buildup each time.
Specific requests
Laundry, inside the oven, organizing closets. We can do it. Just let Denise know.
Number of cleaners
Some homes need two people to finish in a reasonable time. Denise will tell you upfront.
